Returns

You have 7 days from the day you bought the item to return it.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you got it, and in the original packaging.
Some items can’t be returned, like gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Shipping Your Return: If we approve your request, we’ll send you the instructions for shipping. You’ll need to cover the shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  3. Refunds: Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and you’ll receive your money back within 7 to 10 business days via your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange something, just follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products
